Connect Your User Profile With Microsoft 365

Connecting your user profile with Microsoft 365 allows Matters.Cloud to integrate seamlessly with your Outlook email and calendar. Once connected, you can send and receive emails, manage appointments, and link communications directly to matters—helping reduce manual work and improve productivity.
This article explains the purpose of the integration and step-by-step instructions to connect your profile.

Send emails from Matters.Cloud using your Microsoft 365 account

Instructions
Log in to Matters.Cloud
- Click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select Edit user profile
- Select the 'Email' tab and click the Connect button for Microsoft 365.

- It will ask you to sign in to your Microsoft 365 account. Enter your credentials.
5. After signing in, a prompt message will show Connected to Outlook once connected successfully.
Disconnecting Microsoft 365 (Optional)
If you need to disconnect your account:
From the top-right corner, click your name and open Edit User Profile
Under the Email tab, click Disconnect under Microsoft 365.
Once disconnected. A prompt message will show.
Note: Disconnecting will stop email and calendar syncing until reconnected.
