How Do I Import Relationship types?

Overview

Matters.Cloud provides a simple to use facility to import existing relationship types when migrating from third party applications.

Import Formats

The following file formats are supported:
  1. Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
  2. Comma Separated (.csv)

Import Process

Step 1: Download Import Format

To download the import format, go to Setup > Import data and locate the Relationship types field:



Download the appropriate Template using the links provided:



Step 2: Populate File Content

Populate the file with data from your third-party application.

Step 3: Import Data

Select the file to import using the Choose File button and then click the Import button.
