How Do I Import Time Records?
Overview
Matters.Cloud provides a simple to use facility to import existing invoice data when migrating from third party applications.
The following file formats are supported:
- Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
- Comma Separated (.csv)
Import Process
Step 1: Download Import Format
To download the import format select Time > All time and locate the Import button:
Download the appropriate Template using the links provided:
Step 2: Populate File Content
Populate the file with data from your third party application.
Step 3: Import File
Select the file to import using the Choose File button and then click the Import button.
