How to Upload or Update Your Logo in Matters.Cloud


Introduction

Adding your company logo to Matters.Cloud helps maintain consistent branding across the platform, creating a professional look and reinforcing your firm’s identity. Your logo will appear on the login page and other areas where branding is displayed

Pre-requisites

To upload or update your logo, you must have admin permissions. If you do not have the required access, please contact your system administrator.

Uploading Your Logo

  1. Navigate to Settings
    From your dashboard, go to Setup in the main menu, select Settings, and locate the setting for Logo.

  2. Upload Your Logo
    Use the file picker to select your logo file.

  3. Preview and Submit
    Check the preview to ensure the logo displays correctly, then click Submit (located in the bottom-left corner).


Logo Requirements

For the best display quality, follow these specifications:
  1. File type: JPG or PNG
  2. Dimensions: 400 × 160 pixels
  3. Recommended: Transparent background for cleaner appearance
  4. Color mode: RGB for optimal web display
  5. File size: Under 1 MB

If your file does not meet the required dimensions, we recommend resizing it before uploading to ensure optimal clarity and alignment.
