Overview



Messaging by Matters.Cloud allows you to send SMS messages directly from within the Matters.Cloud application to over 150 countries.

Setting Up Messaging by Matters.Cloud

The integrations portal allows you to configure integrations with common cloud-based platforms.

To access the portal simply select Setup > Integrations and locate the following tile:


Click the Connect button.

Sending Messages

To send a message this can be done by navigating to the appropriate contact using Contacts > All contacts. Once you have selected a contact you will now see the 'New message' button on the Contact profile card:



This will launch the 'New message form' with the 'To number' pre-populated:

The first 10 messages are free per month, with competitive monthly bundles of messages available via contacting our support team on support@matters.cloud.
