Szamlazz: Setting Up Your Integration



Introduction

The Matters.Cloud + Szamlazz integration is available to all Szamlazz subscribers and allows users to:

  • Export Invoices from Matters.Cloud to create Invoices in Szamlazz.



Pre-requisites

In order to link a Matters.Cloud account to Szamlazz an Szamlazz Agent Key must first be generated. The steps are:
  1. The owner or administrator of the account needs to login to the Szamlazz.hu website scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard
  2. There's a section called Számla Agent kulcsok (= Számla Agent Keys), and you can generate a key by clicking the key button on the right side.
  3. The key is generated immediately and is ready to use. You can copy it directly by clicking the icon next to it.

Connecting Matters.Cloud with Szamlazz

Step 1: Access The Integrations Portal

The integrations portal allows you to configure integrations with common cloud-based platform

To accss the portal simply select Setup > Integrations and locate the following tile:



Step 2: Connect To Szamlazz

Click the Connect button on the Szamlazz.hu tile and the following form will be displayed:



Step 3: Add Szamlazz Agent Key

From the Integrations page click the Settings button on the Szamlazz tile.



Enter your Szamlazz agent key and click the Submit button.

Step 4: Enable Szamlazz On Invoice Profiles

Navigate to Setup > Invoices > Invoice Profiles.

Edit the relevant invoice profiles by clicking on the invoice profile name and ensuring the Szamlazz export = Yes prior to clicking the submit button.
Repeat the above for any other invoice profiles that need to be connected with Szamlazz.
