Update ndOffice Service Region
Introduction
NetDocuments maintains several separate yet identical services located at different data centers - for the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, and Australia.
Each service is accessed by different URLs. When installing ndOffice for the first time the Service Region often defaults to the US and needs to be updated to be able to login. This most commonly happens where the login is pointed at vault.netdocuments.com, which is the US server.
This article describes the steps to set this to the correct data region.
Access ndOffice Settings
Open ndOffice on your computer from your system tray as follows:
Next, click on the gear icon in the lower-left corner of the ndOffice panel:
Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Update Service Region
In the "Network" tab, locate the "NetDocuments Service Region" section.
